With a background in Human Development and Early Childhood Education, Deborah brings both expertise and compassion to her work as a reading interventionist. After several years supporting students in public schools, she transitioned to private tutoring to provide more individualized, targeted instruction.

Trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach, Deborah specializes in supporting students with dyslexia and other language-based learning differences. Her instruction is structured, responsive, and tailored to each child’s unique needs. Known for her calm and patient demeanor, she creates a supportive learning environment where students build confidence, make meaningful progress, and develop a more positive relationship with reading.
