Jennie is a former elementary school teacher with seven years of experience in the Beaverton School District. After stepping away to raise her three boys, she was excited to return to education with a focus on structured literacy. She completed her Orton-Gillingham training and is currently completing her practicum and certification. She enjoys working one-on-one, where she can provide individualized, supportive instruction. She values building strong relationships with students and helping them grow in confidence and find joy in learning. She approaches each session with care and intention, and strives to be a steady, encouraging presence for each student.
