Janet is a retired elementary Reading Specialist and Literacy Coach with over 15 years of experience in public schools. She holds a Master’s degree in Education, with endorsements in both reading and English as a Second Language.

A trained Orton-Gillingham educator, Janet now works in private practice, supporting students with dyslexia of all ages in developing skills in reading, spelling, and writing through structured, individualized instruction.

She also serves as Co Chair on the board of Language Skills Therapy, where she contributes to the organization’s mission of connecting families with highly trained tutors and supporting community outreach efforts.
